Advance deposit of one nights stay to hold your reservation.
Final payment plus a $100.00 refundable damage deposit (add 8% room tax) is due two weeks prior to reservation, except for the holidays when it is due one month prior. For cancellations within one month prior to the reservations, a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. Cancellations within two weeks prior to the reservation will forfeit the deposit.

Minimum stay of 2 nights and 3 nights during HOLIDAY
No pets or smoking allowed.

This Ironwood area is home to nearby Alpine and state of the art Nordic Ski areas. The property is ideal for cross country skiers - it’s right on ABR Ski Trails, featuring 40 km of scenic cross country ski trails on over 600 acres. You can access the trails from your back door!!!

Downhill ski at Blackjack, Indianhead, Whitecap and Big Powderhorn. Enjoy hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails, which are open from Dec 1 through Mar 31.
