Rent this vacation home by the weekend, by the week or by the month and you'll be

in one of the Western U.P.'s most scenic and unique towns. 

Rates are for up to 6 guests.  $20.00/person/night over 6
12 guests maximum

Advance deposit of one nights stay to hold your reservation.
Final payment plus a $100.00 refundable damage deposit (add 5.5% room tax) is due two weeks prior to reservation, except for the holidays when it is due one month prior. For cancellations within one month prior to the reservations, a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. Cancellations within two weeks prior to the reservation will forfeit the reservation deposit.
Minimum stay of 2 nights and 3 nights during HOLIDAY

When you rent a house in Montreal's Historic District, you'll be within minutes from Major Ski Areas and be located within the Northwood's Summer Vacation Land.

Cross Country Skiing and Snowmobile Trails are right out the door!

Guests can access 4-wheeler trails right from their back door. Also, the house has an outdoor hose to clean off your machines.

Houses 18, 19, 20 and 21 are all right next to each other. Each house can accommodate 11+ guests each.  Perfect for reunions or large groups.

Enjoy nearby Alpine and state of the art Nordic Ski areas.  Lake Superior's north country is yours to enjoy.  Explore the waterfalls, beaches, trails, harbors and brilliant fall colors which offer endless opportunities for outstanding photography.

Downhill ski at Blackjack, Indianhead, Whitecap and Big Powderhorn.  You can Nordic Ski at ABR, Wolverine, and Montreal Nordic Ski Trails.
