Advance deposit of one nights stay to hold your reservation. Final payment plus a $100.00 refundable damage deposit is due two weeks prior to reservation, except for the holidays when it is due one month prior.
Deposits are refundable if the reservations are canceled at least two weeks (one month for holidays) prior to arrival date, less a $25.00 processing fee.
Minimum stay of 2 nights and 3 nights during HOLIDAY No pets or smoking allowed.
